Luego de algunas semanas bastante agitadas en varios aspectos... regreso a postear una nueva entrada en mi blog. Definitivamente las cosas están yendo por buen camino, baches hay y siempre habrán, lo importante es tener la mirada fija en la meta y todo se desenvolverá de tal forma que seguiremos remando hasta conseguirla.
Hemos logrado terminar de grabar más canciones para incluirlas en el album "INFLUENCES & CONNECTIONS VOL. 1". En otras ocasiones había revelado algunas de ellas, pero ahora ya lo hago oficialmente. Tenemos listas para la mezcla a "Ever Dream" (Nightwish), "My Last Breath" (Evanescence), "Forever" (Kamelot), "Transitory" (After Forever), "Tides of Time" (Epica) y "Nutshell" (Alice in Chains)! Hemos publicado ya dos adelantos, uno de Ever Dream y el segundo de My Last Breath (denle click a los nombres y los redireccionaré a los videos en Youtube).
Hoy regresé al estudio a terminar de grabar una canción muy especial también, pero quizás más especial que las demás porque es de una banda irlandesa que escucho desde hace 12 anios aprox. Se trata de "PROMISES" de THE CRANBERRIES. Hay algunas sorpresas para esta canción, cuando suba el adelanto se darán cuenta la inclinación que le hemos dado a este track :) Pronto subiré más avances, hay que terminar de editar unos cuantos videos y probablemente publique dos canciones al mismo tiempo. Por mientras, a seguir trabajando!
We've managed to finish more recordings for the "INFLUENCES & CONNECTIONS VOL.1" album. In previous posts I revelead some of the songs, but now I'm making it official. We already have finished recording "Ever Dream" (Nightwish), "My Last Breath" (Evanescence), "Forever" (Kamelot), "Transitory"(After Forever), "Tides of Time" (Epica) and "Nutshell" (Alice in Chains)! We've published 2 teaser videos already Ever Dream and My Last Breath (You can click on the names and it will get to the videos in question in Youtube).
Today I went to the studio in order to finish a song that's really special to me, maybe more special than the others, due to being a of a irish band that I listen for almost 12 years already. The song I'm refering to is "PROMISES" by "THE CRANBERRIES". There are a few surprises for this song, I'm sure you'll notice the road I'm taking with this track when I upload the teaser video :) Meanwhile, let's keep on working!
After a rough couple of weeks (speaking of various aspects) I'm back at posting a new entry in my blog.
